All orders are dispatched from Sydney, Australia. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination.
Duties & Taxes
All USA orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) - import duties and taxes are included in pricing at checkout. No surprise fees on delivery when your package reaches your country.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide via Australia Post International Standard and Express. Rates are weight-based and shown at checkout.
Free International Shipping is available on qualifying orders over $200 USD.

Processing & Dispatch
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days, Monday to Friday. However, during peak periods orders may take longer to process based on higher than usual order traffic.

Tracking & Delivery

Tracking: All orders include a tracking number sent via email. You can track your parcel directly on the AusPost or DHL website, or via the link in your shipping confirmation.

Safe drop: If you are not home, AusPost may leave your parcel in a safe location or take it to your nearest Post Office for collection. You'll be notified via email or the MyPost app.

Missed delivery: Uncollected parcels held at a Post Office are typically returned to us after 10 business days. If this happens, please contact us to arrange reshipment at an additional cost.
Lost or Damaged Parcels

Lost parcels: If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days (domestic) or 10 business days (international), please contact us and we will lodge an enquiry with the carrier on your behalf.

Damaged on arrival: Please photograph the damaged packaging and product before discarding anything, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll respond promptly to assist where possible.
Wholesale Orders
Wholesale orders are considered all orders above AUD $1,000+ and are eligible for custom freight rates. Shipping costs will be calculated and invoiced separately after your order is placed. Please select the "WHOLESALE ONLY" option at checkout to proceed.
