1. LIABILITY

Bel Castro Industries Pty Ltd ATF Engage Industries trading as Engage does not accept liability for any loss or damages caused by this website, or any website linked to this website.

Bel Castro Industries Pty Ltd ATF Engage Industries trading as Engage Reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time without giving reason. We will make all reasonable effort to contact the customer using the details provided and all received monies will be refunded using the method received.

2. ORDERING METHOD

Engage Pty Ltd reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time if the order has: (a) discounts associated and is (b) deemed not for personal use. An exception may apply if you forfeit the associated discount. In this instance, a Engage customer care representative will make all reasonable efforts to contact you to arrange payment of the difference. In the event that you cannot be contacted within a time deemed reasonable by Engage Pty Ltd or choose not to pay the difference, all monies received for the applicable order will be refunded via the original payment method. As detailed in our shipping terms and conditions, all shipping charges are based on a parcel weighing no more than 5kg (11 lbs). If your order exceeds this weight, a Engage customer care representative will make all reasonable efforts to contact you to arrange additional payment for the variance in shipping costs before the parcel is dispatched. Parcel delivery may be delayed in the instance of contact difficulties. In the event that you cannot be contacted with a period of time deemed reasonable by Engage Pty Ltd or choose not to pay the difference, all monies received will be refunded via the original payment method.

3. CURRENCY USED

On the Australian website (https://engageind.com) the nominated currency used for all transactions is Australian Dollars $(AUD).
All prices displayed on the Australia website (https://engageind.com) will be in AUD and be inclusive of GST (Australian domestic Goods and Services Tax).

GST (Australian domestic Goods and Services Tax).

All Australian domestic customers and deliveries sent to Australian delivery addresses from the Australian Website (https://engageind.com) will be subject to Australian GST.

The rate of Australian GST is 10%.

When Australian goods are exported (sent to a delivery address outside Australia) then the GST component of the price will be removed and the export price will be exclusive of GST.

4. SHIPPING RATES

Engage will publish or display the current shipping rates on the websites as applicable. Shipping rates may vary or be waived as part of promotions or sales on the website and the part or fully discounted shipping may cease at any time at the discretion of Engage.

Engage reserves the right to change any or all of the following, at any time:

- Shipping rates charged to any destination;

- Delivery method;

- Carrier or shipping provider.

5. SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Online orders for delivery within Australia are normally dispatched via Australia Post E-Parcel Express and usually arrive within 1- 3 business days from dispatch. Shipping rates are calculated at time of purchase through the online store.

6. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Engage ships to most* destinations around the world via DHL and should usually arrive within 3-5 business days from dispatch. DHL are not able to deliver to PO Box addresses, when placing your order please provide a physical postal address.

Orders should normally arrive within 3-5 business days from dispatch. Engage does not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country. International customers will need to check with their local customs office in regard to what, if any, duty you may be liable for when the order arrives.

Shipping costs are calculated at time of purchase.

By confirming a purchase you are accepting responsibility for all Customs Charges incurred. You will be importing goods into your destination country. Engage wishes to remind you that as the importer of goods you are legally responsible for any and all taxes, duties, and charges by your Government.

Engage does not have any control over customs charges and are unable to advise what they will be, as it is based on your own countries regulations & compliances. If you are concerned about what charges you may be liable for, please check with your local customs office before proceeding to checkout.

All charges are to be paid by the customer on delivery of order.

Orders cannot be returned to sender.

At its absolute discretion, Engage may elect to offer you a refund if you choose not pay any duties and taxes at time of import. If we do however, Engage will deduct any customs fees that apply to the purchase paid by Engage from the refund amount.

* DHL Exclusion countries are Ascension, Bouvet Island, British Indian Ocean Territory, French Southern Territories, Heard & McDonald Islands, Johnston Island, Midway Island, Pitcairn, Russia, Tokelau, Tristan Da Cunha, Turkmenistan, Wake Island and Western Sahara. These countries orders will be sent by airmail. No tracking service is available to these destinations. Please allow up to 30 days for delivery of your order, Engage does not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country. Please note this is transport costs only and does not cover any import liabilities that may be applied by the Government of the destination country.

7. DISPATCH OF ORDERS

Orders are normally dispatched within 1-3 business days of Order Confirmation subject to all ordered items being in stock. If any items cannot be fulfilled from your order we will contact you via email.

8. ACCEPTANCE OF GOODS

On receiving the order the customer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault or damage. Should the items ordered not be of acceptable quality, it is the customer’s responsibility to notify Engage Pty Ltd, as soon as possible. Please see Returns & Exchanges Policy for more information.

9. PRICING

Engage Pty Ltd reserves the right to change prices without notice. All prices and orders are displayed and processed in Australia Dollars (AUD) and will include Goods and Services Tax (10% GST) for all orders being delivered within Australia. Customers having orders delivered outside Australia are exporting the goods and therefore shall not subject to the GST and this component will be removed automatically prior to final calculation for payment.

10. RETURNS POLICY

Engage Returns Policy Engage strives to ensure that you are satisfied. We want you to love and enjoy your Engage purchase. If something isn’t quite right, please let us know.

11. ONLINE RETURNS

What if I simply changed my mind on products I purchased at full price?

Refunds, credits or exchanges will not be provided for change of mind for any merchandise, unless the products are faulty.

It is important however that the item(s) and any packaging and ticketing which the goods may have come in/with, are in the same condition as when they left the Engage warehouse. It is also important that you have a proof of purchase of the goods, clearly identifying that the goods were purchased from https://engageind.com. If either of these 2 conditions are not met, we will unfortunately not be able to provide you with a refund, credit or exchange.

12. RETURN AND EXCHANGE PROCEDURE

PLEASE NOTE: Engage will not be held responsible if there is a delay in delivery.

Customers will be responsible for the return shipping and handling charges. All charges are to be paid by the customer on delivery of order.

You will need to send the original or a copy of your invoice with your order In the event that your product is lost in transit, Engage will not be held liable and therefore recommends that you send all returns via Registered Post.

We ask that you allow 7 business days from the day you return our package for your account to be credited.

13. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders can not be cancelled or amended once placed and you have received your order confirmation.

14. TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, Engage reserves the right to withdraw an item from sale, and to refuse or cancel orders. Engage will make all reasonable effort to contact the customer using the details provided and all received monies will be refunded using the method received. This means that the credit card used to purchase the goods would be the destination of any credit that may be applicable.
