TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Promoter

The promoter is ENGAGE INDUSTRIES PTY LTD, of 108 Dunning Ave Rosebury, Sydney (“ENGAGE” or the “Promoter”).

2. Promotion Period

The ENGAGE x ICEMAN Signed Glove Giveaway (“Promotion”) commences at 12:00am AEST on 29 September 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 3 October 2026 (“Promotion Period”).

Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.

Employees, officers, contractors and representatives of the Promoter, and any agencies or companies directly associated with the conduct of this Promotion, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, “immediate family” includes a spouse, de facto spouse, parent, child or sibling, whether or not they live at the same address.

4. How to Enter

To receive an entry into the Promotion, an eligible entrant must, during the Promotion Period:

Spend AUD $200 or more on eligible ICEMAN products in a single transaction through the ENGAGE website.

Eligible entrants who satisfy these requirements will be automatically entered into the Promotion. No separate entry form is required.

The AUD $200 qualifying spend:

• must be reached in a single transaction;

• applies only to eligible ICEMAN products;

• is calculated after any discounts or promotional codes have been applied;

• excludes shipping charges, gift cards and any other non-ICEMAN products; and

• must be successfully paid for and not subsequently cancelled, refunded or returned in a manner that causes the eligible ICEMAN spend to fall below AUD $200.

Purchases must be made at the normal selling price offered by ENGAGE, subject to any discounts or promotions ordinarily made available by ENGAGE during the Promotion Period. South Australian rules expressly allow purchase to be required but prohibit increasing the normal price of the promoted goods because of the lottery.

5. Number of Entries

Each qualifying transaction of AUD $200 or more on eligible ICEMAN products will receive one (1) entry into the Promotion.

Spending more than AUD $200 in a single qualifying transaction does not provide additional entries.

For example, a qualifying transaction of AUD $200 and a qualifying transaction of AUD $500 each receive one entry.

An eligible entrant may receive multiple entries during the Promotion Period by making multiple separate qualifying transactions, provided each individual transaction satisfies the AUD $200 minimum qualifying spend.

Each valid entry will have an equal chance of winning.

6. Eligible Products

For the purposes of this Promotion, “eligible ICEMAN products” means products forming part of the ENGAGE x ICEMAN / Chuck Liddell collection and designated by ENGAGE as eligible for the Promotion during the Promotion Period.

Purchases of products outside the eligible ICEMAN collection will not count towards the AUD $200 qualifying spend.

7. Cancelled, Refunded or Returned Orders

If a qualifying order is cancelled or refunded in full before the prize is awarded, the associated entry will be deemed invalid.

If any part of a qualifying order is cancelled, returned or refunded and this causes the total value of eligible ICEMAN products retained by the entrant to fall below AUD $200, the associated entry will be deemed invalid.

ENGAGE reserves the right to verify the validity of all qualifying purchases before awarding the prize.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes any rights an entrant may have under the Australian Consumer Law, including any rights in relation to faulty or defective products.

8. Prize

There is one (1) prize available to be won.

The prize is:

One (1) official ENGAGE x ICEMAN collaborative 4oz MMA glove signed by Alexander Volkanovski and Chuck Liddell.

The total approximate retail value of the prize is:

AUD $2,800.

The prize is a collectible promotional item.

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. The winner cannot request an alternative prize or cash equivalent.

If the prize becomes unavailable due to circumstances outside the Promoter's reasonable control, the Promoter will deal with the matter in accordance with applicable law.

9. Draw

This Promotion is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winner.

All valid entries will be entered into a random draw.

The draw will take place on:

Date: Monday 5th October 2026 
Time: 13:00 AEST 
Location: Dunning Ave Rosebury, Sydney

The winner will be selected using a fair random draw process from all valid eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

Entrants do not need to be present at the draw to win.

South Australia's rules require the draw to occur at the date, time and place stated in the T&Cs and to be genuinely random; electronic draws must use a random number generator. 

10. Winner Notification

The provisional winner will be contacted using the email address and/or telephone number associated with their qualifying ENGAGE order.

The winner will be notified in writing within seven (7) days of the draw.

The winner may be required to provide reasonable proof of:

• their identity;

• their age;

• Australian residency; and

• their qualifying purchase.

The prize will not be awarded until the Promoter has verified that the winner satisfies these Terms & Conditions.

11. Publication of Winner

The winner's details will be published on [INSERT ENGAGE WEBSITE RESULTS PAGE / APPROPRIATE PAGE] following the draw and will remain published for at least seven (7) days.

For privacy, ENGAGE may publish limited identifying information sufficient to identify the winner, such as the winner's first initial, surname and/or postcode, to the extent required or permitted by applicable law.

This provision is particularly relevant because South Australia requires the results of a minor trade promotion to be published in a place relevant to where the promotion was conducted for at least seven days after the draw. 

12. Unclaimed Prize

If the winner cannot be contacted, does not claim the prize, is found to be ineligible, or does not provide any information reasonably required by the Promoter to verify eligibility, the prize will be dealt with in accordance with applicable state and territory laws.

Where permitted and required, the Promoter may conduct an unclaimed prize redraw from the remaining valid entries.

Any redraw will be conducted using the same random selection method as the original draw.

Details of any redraw, including its date, time and location, will be published or otherwise communicated where required by applicable law.

13. Prize Delivery

The Promoter will arrange delivery of the prize to the verified winner at an Australian delivery address at no additional cost to the winner.

The winner is responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.

Once delivered in accordance with the information supplied by the winner, responsibility for the prize passes to the winner, subject to applicable law.

14. Verification and Disqualification

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants.

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter may disqualify an entrant who:

• provides false, misleading or fraudulent information;

• tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry or draw process;

• uses fraudulent payment methods;

• attempts to manipulate the Promotion;

• otherwise fails to comply with these Terms & Conditions; or

• engages in conduct that compromises the fair and proper operation of the Promotion.

Automated, fraudulent or otherwise invalid transactions will not constitute valid entries.

15. Changes or Cancellation

If this Promotion cannot be conducted as reasonably anticipated due to circumstances beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, the Promoter may modify, suspend, postpone or cancel the Promotion, subject to applicable state and territory laws and any required regulatory approval.

The Promoter will not change the Promotion in a manner that unfairly disadvantages existing eligible entrants.

16. Liability

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), including the Australian Consumer Law, or other applicable legislation.

Subject to those rights, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter will not be responsible for any loss, damage or injury arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance or use of the prize except to the extent such loss, damage or injury is caused by the Promoter's negligence or breach of law.

The Promoter is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, incorrectly processed or not received due to technical failures or circumstances outside the Promoter's reasonable control.

17. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with this Promotion will be used by the Promoter for the purposes of:

• administering the Promotion;

• verifying eligible entries;

• conducting the draw;

• contacting and verifying the winner;

• delivering the prize; and

• complying with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

Personal information will otherwise be handled in accordance with ENGAGE's Privacy Policy.

The Promoter may disclose personal information to third parties where reasonably necessary to administer the Promotion or where required by law.

18. Records

The Promoter will retain appropriate records relating to the Promotion, entries, draw and winner for the period required under applicable law.

For example, South Australia requires records for minor trade promotions to be retained for at least three months after the draw.

19. Acceptance of Terms

By participating in the Promotion, entrants are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions.

The Promoter's decisions concerning the administration of the Promotion are final, subject always to applicable law and entrants' statutory rights.

20. Applicable Laws

The Promotion will be conducted in accordance with applicable Australian federal, state and territory laws.

At the stated total prize value of AUD $2,800, the Promotion does not exceed the published permit/licensing thresholds of $3,000 in the ACT, $5,000 in South Australia, $5,000 in the Northern Territory or $10,000 in NSW.
