ENGAGE PROMOTIONAL OFFER TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Promotional Offer Terms & Conditions apply to the promotional offers currently available on the ENGAGE website.

By participating in any of the promotions below and completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these Promotional Offer Terms & Conditions, together with ENGAGE's standard Terms & Conditions, Shipping Policy and Returns Policy.

1. CURRENT PROMOTIONS

BUY 2 TEES, GET 1 FREE

Purchase three (3) eligible t-shirts in a single transaction and receive the lowest-priced eligible t-shirt FREE.

How it works:

• Add three (3) eligible t-shirts to your cart.

• The promotion will be automatically applied at checkout.

• The lowest-priced eligible tee within the qualifying group of three will be discounted to $0.

• No discount code is required.

• Selected products only.

3 TEES FOR $140

Purchase three (3) eligible tees in a single transaction for a total promotional price of $140.

How it works:

• Add three (3) eligible tees included in the 3 for $140 promotion to your cart.

• The promotional price will be automatically applied at checkout.

BUY 2 FIGHTWEAR ITEMS, GET 1 FREE

Purchase three (3) eligible Fightwear items in a single transaction and receive the lowest-priced eligible Fightwear item FREE.

How it works:

• Add three (3) eligible Fightwear items to your cart.

• The promotion will be automatically applied at checkout.

• The lowest-priced eligible Fightwear item within the qualifying group of three will be discounted to $0.

• No discount code is required.

• Selected products only.

2. MULTIPLE PROMOTIONS IN ONE ORDER

Where eligibility requirements are met, customers may qualify for both a T-Shirt promotion and the Fightwear promotion within the same transaction.

For example, a customer may add:

• three (3) eligible tees; AND

• three (3) eligible Fightwear items

and receive the applicable promotion on each qualifying group.

Each product can only form part of one qualifying promotional group and cannot receive multiple promotional discounts.

3. MULTIPLE SETS OF THREE

The Buy 2, Get 1 Free promotions may apply multiple times within the same transaction where the required number of eligible products is purchased.

For example:

3 eligible items = 1 qualifying set
6 eligible items = 2 qualifying sets
9 eligible items = 3 qualifying sets
12 eligible items = 4 qualifying sets

The applicable discount will be automatically calculated at checkout.

For Buy 2, Get 1 Free promotions, the lowest-priced eligible item within each qualifying group will receive the discount.

Items must meet the eligibility requirements for the applicable promotion. Ineligible products will not count towards the required quantity.

4. DISCOUNT APPLICATION

All promotional discounts are applied automatically at checkout. No promotional code is required.

Customers are responsible for adding the required number of eligible products to their cart.

If the minimum qualifying quantity is not met, the promotional discount will not apply.

Customers should confirm that the applicable promotion has been applied to their order before completing checkout.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, these promotions cannot be combined with another discount code, promotional code, voucher or offer on the same products.

Where an item is technically eligible for more than one promotion, only one promotional offer may be applied to that item. 

5. SELECTED PRODUCTS ONLY

All promotions apply to selected products only.

Not every T-Shirt or Fightwear product available on the ENGAGE website will necessarily be eligible.

Products that are not identified as eligible for the applicable promotion will not count towards the qualifying quantity and will not receive the promotional discount.

Product eligibility may be changed during the promotional period, subject to applicable law.

All offers are subject to availability and while stocks last.

6. RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

CHANGE OF MIND

Unless otherwise stated by ENGAGE, sale items and items purchased as part of these promotional offers are not eligible for a refund for change of mind.

Any exchange or store credit offered for a change-of-mind purchase is subject to ENGAGE's Returns Policy and eligibility requirements.

This change-of-mind policy does not limit any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

FAULTY OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Nothing in these Promotional Offer Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

If a product is faulty, defective, unsafe, significantly different from its description or otherwise fails to comply with an applicable consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy as required by law.

The fact that an item was purchased on sale, at a promotional price or received as a free promotional item does not exclude any rights that apply under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. PARTIAL RETURNS OF PROMOTIONAL PURCHASES

Where ENGAGE accepts a return of one or more products purchased as part of a promotion, the promotional offer may be recalculated based on the products retained by the customer.

If returning an item means that the original purchase no longer meets the eligibility requirements of the promotion, the value of the promotional discount may be deducted from any refund, credit or other amount otherwise payable, to the extent permitted by law.

For example, if three eligible items were purchased under a Buy 2, Get 1 Free promotion and the customer subsequently returns one or more of the paid items, ENGAGE may recalculate the transaction based on the products retained.

A customer is not entitled to retain the benefit of a promotional discount where the remaining products would not independently have qualified for that promotion, except where required by law.

Any refund payable will be calculated based on the amount actually paid and the promotional conditions applicable to the remaining products.

Nothing in this section limits a customer's rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. FREE ITEMS

For Buy 2, Get 1 Free promotions, the free item has no separate cash redemption value.

The promotional benefit cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another order.

If an order is cancelled, refunded or returned in circumstances that mean it no longer qualifies for the promotion, ENGAGE may require the promotional item to be returned or may adjust the applicable refund to account for the promotional benefit received, to the extent permitted by law.

9. CANCELLATIONS & ORDER CHANGES

Once an order has been placed, ENGAGE cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made before fulfilment.

If an order is changed or cancelled and the remaining products no longer satisfy the requirements of a promotion, the promotion will no longer apply and the order value may be recalculated accordingly.

10. AVAILABILITY

All promotional offers are available for a limited time and while stocks last.

ENGAGE reserves the right to extend, amend, suspend or withdraw a promotion where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.

ENGAGE does not guarantee the availability of any particular product, colour or size during the promotional period.

11. ERRORS, MISUSE & PROMOTIONAL ABUSE

To the extent permitted by law, ENGAGE reserves the right to cancel or adjust an order where:

• a promotion has been applied as a result of an obvious technical, pricing or website error;

• a customer has attempted to manipulate, circumvent or misuse the promotional mechanics;

• the eligibility requirements of the promotion have not genuinely been satisfied; or

• fraudulent activity is reasonably suspected.

Where an order is affected, ENGAGE will handle any payment or refund in accordance with applicable law.

12. GENERAL

These promotions are offered by ENGAGE and are subject to these Promotional Offer Terms & Conditions.

By completing an order containing a promotional offer, the customer acknowledges that they have had the opportunity to review the promotional conditions applicable to their purchase.

ENGAGE reserves the right to amend these Promotional Offer Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will not retrospectively reduce rights that have already accrued to a customer under a completed purchase or applicable law.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

These terms operate alongside ENGAGE's standard Terms & Conditions, Returns Policy, Privacy Policy and Shipping Policy.

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies available to consumers under the Australian Consumer Law or any other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
