Competition Name: UFC Fight Night 275 Pick em' Competition Promoter: Engage Global Pty Ltd Competition Period: 5pm AEST Wednesday 29 April 2026 - 5pm AEST Saturday 2 May 2026
1. By entering this Promotion, Entrants agree to abide by these Conditions of Entry. The Promoter is Engage Global Pty Ltd, Unit 5, 108 Dunning Ave, Rosebery, Sydney, NSW, 2018 ABN: 44 649 630 526 (“the Promoter”).
2. This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with any third party including the UFC, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or any other Social Media Platform. You understand that you are providing your information to Engage Global Pty Ltd and not to a third party Social Media Platform.
3. Entry to the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these conditions. All entry instructions and Prize information published by the Promoter form part of these conditions.
4. The Promotion commences at 5pm AEST Wednesday 29 April 2026 - 5pm AEST Saturday 2 May 2026 (Promotion Period).
5. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, related companies of the Promoter and agencies associated with the promotion and their related companies are ineligible to enter.
6. Eligibility. Participants can enter the Promotion via ENGAGE’s Social Media. To enter the Promotion via Socials, Entrants must;
(a) Comment ENGAGE and tag a mate on the competition post
(b) Receive the Pick the Winner DM and enter their email to enter the competition
(c) Be one of the first 5 people to select all correct winners for the main card events
Entry must be submitted during the Promotion Period to be valid.
Open to people aged 18 years and over.
7. How to Enter
- Comment "ENGAGE" and tag a friend on the official @engage competition post on Instagram during the competition period
- Upon commenting, entrants will receive an automated direct message prompting them to provide their email address and submit their picks for each of the UFC Fight Night 275 questions.
- Only one entry per person is permitted
- Entries submitted outside the competition period will not be accepted.
- In the event a fight is deemed a 'no contest' or one of the fights either doesn't go ahead, or the opponents change, the specific question/s relating to this change will be voided.
8. The Competition
- Entrants must select a winner for each bout on the UFC Fight Night 275 via the automated DM flow
- The first five (5) entrants with the all correct picks across all main card bouts will be declared winners
- In the event of a tie, the entrant who completed the entry flow first (as recorded by ManyChat's timestamp) will be given priority
- In the event that fewer than five (5) entrants get all questions right, only those who guessed all answer correctly are eligible for the prize.
- $500 AUD is the maximum prize per entrant.
- Engage Global Pty Ltd's decision is final in all matters relating to the competition
9. Prize
- Up to five (5) winners will each receive one (1) x $500 Engage Global Pty Ltd gift voucher
- Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue
- Gift vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash
- No change will be given if the purchase amount is less than the voucher value
- Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable
10. Winner Notification
- Winners will be contacted via Instagram direct message within 48 hours of the competition closing
- If a winner does not respond within 5 business days of notification, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to the next eligible entrant
- Winners may be announced publicly on Engage's Instagram page
11. Privacy
- Personal information collected during this competition, including email addresses, will be used by Engage Industries for competition administration and future marketing communications
- Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time
- Engage Global Pty Ltd will not sell or share personal information with third parties except as required to administer this competition
- Information collected is handled in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988
12. General Conditions
- Engage Global Pty Ltd reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants
- Engage Global Pty Ltd reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, acts dishonestly, or breaches these terms and conditions
- Engage Global Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the competition if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary
- This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Meta (Instagram or Facebook) or UFC/Ultimate Fighting Championship
- By entering, participants release Meta and UFC from any liability in connection with this competition
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia
