MMA Workouts: MMA Bodyweight Ladder Workout

Andrew Wood – S&C Coach for Vis Vires Athletics runs through a simple bodyweight workout that you can do at home.  

How to do it:

Follow each exercise in order, starting at 100 x jumping jacks and working all the way down the list until you hit 10 x sprawls. From there start again at 10 x sprawls and work back up the list until you finish the workout at 100 x jumping Jacks.

Workout:

100 x Jumping Jacks

90 x Running Planks

80 x Bicycle Crunch

70 x High Knee Run

60 x Plank Jacks

50 x Sit Outs

40 x Push Ups

30 x Squat Jumps

20 x Get Ups

10 x Sprawls
