How to Cut Angles Like Lomachenko

Engage Athlete and UFC fighter Brad Riddell covers what he calls the 45-2. A 45 degree angle position shift followed by a straight rear hand. This striking and footwork technique is used by many boxing world champions such as Vasyl Lomachenko, he shows a great example by utilizing this move to catch opponents off guard. It's a versatile angle which you can follow with kicks, and also use offensively and defensively, as seen in the video.

Brad also covers the difference between 45-2 and the pivot move and how each technique can be best utilized for offensive and defensive footwork.
